2016 WNBF World Championships Natural Bodybuilding results for Team SUF Natural Bodybuilding.

The Headline – Team SUF Wins 3 WNBF World Titles in a single night ! A hat trick Tri-Fecta !

What an amazing way to close out the 2016 season. Obviously going into the Worlds we were playing to win, and we had 3 competitors who were world title material. Two of them were already previous world champions. But when I would obsess on the day, it just seemed too good to be true, and even impossible to go 3 for 3 at the Worlds, across the country. 

Going in we had a strong game plan. Sophie and Leigha were already firing on all cylinders and we were determined and obsessed to shake any rust off Drake. 

Once we got to LA there a greater bond was formed between the team. The Fab5 / Big3 was ready to take care of business. We were confident, ready, and proportionally worried and anxious. We were all aware of the pressures of the show and that the bar was set high. Leigha was a 2x WNBF World Champion, Drake 2x World Champion, and Sophie was 5-0 for the season and we wanted to continue her reign of terror. So in the end, we needed all them to win. lol no pressure. 

In the end Team SUF dominated the night. We carried over the winning packages Sophie and Leigha displayed at Mash. And we implemented and executed all the necessary changes to get Drake back in the winners circle.

The Fab5/Big3 hit Cali with force. We won 3 world titles in a single night. Back in 2013 when we won our first world title (Drake) and learned how difficult it was, I could of never envisioned winning three in one shot.  This was undoubtedly the best day of my coaching career. I am truly grateful to have been able to work with such amazing athletes. Not just physically dominating, but mentally strong too. People who identify and appreciate the importance of leaving a mark, creating a legacy. And then from there realizing what the legacy could be if we keep pushing it. Alot, and I mean alot of hard work, training, and coaching went into this special night. I also want to thank my amazing women Shauna, the SUF 1st lady who was at every single show with me in 2016. A person who didn’t hesitate when I came up stairs in the 11th hour and out of no where said “we need to go to LA for the worlds”. Every step of the way, I knew could depend on, and trust her. 

Team SUF currently has 5 WNBF world titles since 2013. And we are hungry for more !
