I took 1st place in my class.. I didn’t win overall but that’s ok!!! always keeping me humble! figuring out where I can improve and go from there!
I started my prep the end of nov battled it out for 18 weeks with lots of ups and downs! started feeling like I needed that coach support/second opinion so I reached out to Ryan with @sci_unison_fitness for some guidance! I can’t thank him enough for being there and helping me these last couple months it was a great first run together definitely my best package to stage so far!!!! now we are gonna bring it in for the NPC jay cutler in Boston this weekend on the 29th! Thank you to all my friends and family and hubby who were there screaming and shouting for me. love you guys!
