My only regret I have with Team SUF is that I didn’€™t joint sooner! I had watched this team for years before I decided to reach out to Ryan and request to join the team I had looked up to for so long! Ryan is very skilled when it comes to his training programming, macro breakdowns, and insight on how to make you the best competitor you can be. He pays very close attention to detail, and will always have your best interest in mind. He is timely with emails, will answer all of your questions, and makes sure you understand your training and macro charts. When it came to competition time, I was blown away by how EASY show day was for me. The tan, the hair/make up, and the space at the venue were all taken care of! Ryan is very precise with this scheduling and planning, and makes sure you are well taken care of. My physique drastically changed working with him, and in my first competition season with SUF, I won my pro card, and continued to place top 5 in pro shows just a few weeks later. This team consists of very talented individuals, Sara and Shauna’€™s make-up and hair abilities will leave you looking like a beauty queen, and Taylor and Ryan will make your tan flawless! No more questionable tans, streaks, or uneven areas. This team gives you the tools to be a champion, you just need to meet them half way and put the work in. I have no doubt you can achieve your competitive bodybuilding goals under the coaching of Team SUF! Everyone is extremely supportive, and I am proud to be a member of this team.
