At Team SUF Natural Bodybuilding Coaching, we continually push boundaries and explore new opportunities for our athletes. This season, we made the strategic decision to bring Ashley Jefferson, a standout Bikini Pro in the OCB, into a different federation to see how she would fare on the INBF/WNBF stage. The decision proved to be a game-changer.
At the 2024 Monster Mash, hosted by Nancy Andrews in Worcester, Massachusetts, Ashley showcased her exceptional talent. She dominated the Open Bikini Class, claimed the Overall title, and earned her WNBF Pro Card—a monumental accomplishment in natural bodybuilding.
But Ashley didn’t stop there. Later in the day, she stepped into her first Pro Bikini show, competing against seasoned professionals. In her WNBF Pro debut, Ashley delivered an outstanding performance, finishing in an impressive 2nd place.
