Working out has been my hobby for many years. I would think about competing but was always too nervous. A friend of mine worked with Ryan and had nothing but great things to say about him and his team. I finally got the courage to contact him, and he motivated me to compete in my first show. His layout was very easy to follow, and I noticed results immediately!
Thanks to Ryan and Team SUF, I won my bikini pro card and the overall championship at my first show!

Ryan had so much faith in me that he encouraged me to compete at NEC right after. It was frightening to compete in the pro class so quickly, but he gave me the confidence to keep going—and I placed 3rd at my very first pro show!
I’m so grateful that I found the courage to face my fears and compete. If it weren’t for Ryan and his team, I would have never been able to achieve this goal and dream of mine.
