I started with Ryan in 2022 after seeing him at WNBF Worlds. I was backstage, alone and overwhelmed. He was there with his entire crew of coaches helping every competitor with their posing, makeup, food timing, mental state, everything. He had his own lighting, gear and was completely prepared. The girls were laughing and having a great time. I was so blown away by the support and encouragement they all had for each other, I knew instantly I wanted to join Team SUF.
I was seeking no-nonsense measured support transitioning into my off season and I absolutely came to the right coach. I wanted to level up as a competitor and take my off season as seriously as my competition season. Working with Ryan catapulted my physique to the next level. Having the ability to track every workout, log every weight and look back on progress photos via the Aries app is game-changing. This gave me the ability to meticulously track my progress via remote in-depth coaching. The tools you have access to while working with Ryan are unmatched.
We hit it hard for several years before pulling the trigger to get back on stage in 2025. I brought my absolute best package to date and couldn’t have been more happy with my season. He was such a solid rock during every inevitable up and down I experienced along the way. The cherry on top of my season was finally getting to experience being a part of such a badass team backstage. Unlimited support and guidance to have the lowest stress and most fun at a competition. That’s the only way to go.
I LOVE Ryan’s clear, honest, no BS approach to coaching. With so much fluff and cringe-y posers out there, he is the real deal and he will push you to be the best version of yourself, hands down. I’m so stoked to be a part of represent such an incredible coach and amazing group of people. I wouldn’t be where I am today without finding Ryan and Team SUF.
