Joining Team SUF was the best decision for me!
I joined Ryan and Team SUF in March 2019. I was with another team in 2017 and was really intrigued by watching him and his team on show day backstage. It was jaw-dropping to see the equipment, staff and attention to his clients. Ryan is like no other! He is strategic, organized and driven. I absolutely love the ARIES program Ryan came up with. All communication, workouts, and nutrition are in one place.
As a nurse, it has always been very important to me to compete in a healthy manner. Ryan also cares for the well-being of his clients and follows everything including labwork very closely. Throughout prep, I always felt healthy and well-nourished.
I knew joining his team would be life-changing for me. I recently got my pro card in a fit body and I can definitely thank Ryan for that!
