Natural Bodybuilding Coaching Spotlight: Corbin Cain Makes His Mark with Team SUF
For anyone following the world of natural bodybuilding, the Yorton Cup is perceived as one of the most prestigious stages to compete on. It brings together top-tier talent from across the globe, and it takes more than just muscle to stand out — it takes mindset, precision, and a coaching system that knows how to deliver. That’s where Team SUF comes in.
This year, Olatunji Fujah, better known to the team as “Big O,” stepped on that stage looking like a whole new competitor. And as his coach, I saw the transformation firsthand.
Last year at this very show, Olatunji was a bit shaken. He let the moment get to him — it happens, especially when the stakes are high. But 2025? This was a different man. He walked in confident. Calm. Collected. And when he hit the stage, he looked like he belonged there. Like a professional. The crowd noticed. His peers noticed. And so did I.
Olatunji placed 2nd in his class — a result I strongly disagreed with. I believe he brought a winning physique and performance to that division. Regardless, he advanced to the semifinals, where the top three from each class fight for the overall. Once again, I felt he performed at a high level. But he didn’t move forward. It’s part of the sport — subjective calls, tight competition, and moments where things just don’t break your way.
Still, the progress was undeniable. And that’s what true natural bodybuilding coaching is about: continual improvement, show to show, year to year. We don’t just prepare athletes to compete — we prepare them to level up. That’s why Team SUF remains the go-to system for serious athletes chasing success at events like the Yorton Cup.
It was a great day. I enjoyed coaching O through it, seeing his growth, and reconnecting with some familiar faces. The Yorton Cup was just another stop on the journey — and Big O made it count.
We’re not done. Not even close.
