So far I have only competed in two shows with Ryan and Team SUF but by my second show, I had already taken home 2 First Place wins for Open Bikini, 1 Bikini Overall win, and my Pro Card. I started working with Ryan back in October of 2021 and could tell from the first phone call that he would be the coach I would want to work with. I was impressed with his extensive knowledge of health and fitness and after our first phone call, I was ready to join his team and get to work.
Ryan has created his own website custom tailored to each of his athletes providing you with extensive amounts of easily accessible information (macros, workout splits with instructional videos, check ins, etc.) and easy access for consistent communication. Previously with other coaches, I was lost in a web of messy communication through email or texts with once a week check ins. Ryan is readily available and will message you back in a timely manner as well as provide you with several check ins throughout the week.
Team SUF is an overall amazing group of people to work with. Switching from NPC to natural was a transition for me especially when it came to posing. Shauna was available to meet with me to practice posing and would even provide video feedback so I could watch back on my own and continue to practice. Shauna was extremely supportive and always assured I was comfortable with each pose and transition. She also hand made my first bikini and tailored it to my liking.
I just finished my first season with Team SUF and can truly say how much healthier, mentally and physically, I came out of this prep with Ryan versus with other coaches. I am honored to be surrounded by such a wonderful and supportive team and look forward to continuing my work with Team SUF.
Team SUF has become like my second family. Having a team by my side at my shows has been one of the biggest blessings. Nothing compares to having a team on show day to cater to your every need. From brining water, prepping rice cakes, doing makeup, helping with tanning. any touch ups, and making sure every part of our package is on point. I could not have done what I did without everyone’s help. With a team in place like this I cannot imagine being part of anything else.”
