Step 1

All Divisions: Perform all of your 1/4 turns at the Xa location. Hold your poses for at least 5 seconds. Include any variations or suggestions you may have. At anytime, during any step, in any pose, If you have any questions or input please speak it to the camera and we will address it in the video reply.

Step 2

Fitbody/FemFit and Bodybuilding: After 1/4 turns are done at Xa please hit each of the muscularity poses at the Xa location. Include both sides. As you do your muscularity poses be sure to transition in and out to you 1/4 turn poses. We want to real-life feel.

Bikini: After 1/4 turns are done at Xa please execute your stage walk to Position Xb. Then stage walk back up to position Xa. And one final walk to Xb.

Step 3

Fitbody/FemFit and Bodybuilding: After muscularity poses are done at Xa please walk to the Xb location. Here you will once again hit all of your muscularity poses. 

Bikini: Perform all of your 1/4 turns in the Xb location.

Camera Instructions

• Video should be shot in vertical orientation

• You should be wearing a competition or posing suit in your video.  

•Check the video quality settings on your phone or device and make sure they are turned up to at least HD 1080 resolution. 

•Camera must remain stationary and at a fixed location at all times. 

•Full body must be shown in the videos. Head to toe with just enough excess in the XA location. View examples below

•Camera should be placed at about belly button height and have no severe pitches or angles.

•Choose a spot that will give you good lighting for all of your positions.

•Use the rear facing camera on your phone as this will yield the best quality video.

This is a good example of how much space should be above your head in the Xa position

Be sure that your entire body remains in view side to side during all your poses. Even during transition poses

Its always better to be SLIGHTLY further back, than too close in Xa position.

Being this far in the Xa position will ensure you will be even worse in the Xb position.
